Help with downloading games on my Verizon LG Chocolate?

the only think I can think of is maybe your parents blocked internet usage off your phone, because it uses internet to browse and download games. and trust me, just for looking at games it can rack up a fortune. the phone companies try to trick you.
And they must have blocked the texting too.
They must not want a huge bill.
Lol luckily I got texting and an orange enV this christmas =D
